These Terms & Conditions explain how visitors may use the Texas State Benefits website and, when available, the voluntary appointment text-message program. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy.
1. About this website
Texas State Benefits provides general information about insurance-related services, including final expense, life insurance, and mortgage protection. Website information is educational and does not constitute an insurance policy, a binding quote, an offer of guaranteed coverage, or individualized legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.
Availability, underwriting, eligibility, premiums, exclusions, and benefits depend on the insurer and the terms of the actual policy. Insurance coverage does not begin merely because you visit this website, contact us, or schedule an appointment. A policy becomes effective only under the issuing insurer's terms.
2. Scheduling and appointments
Our website booking form lets you schedule an in-person visit at the address you provide. The form uses Render, Google Calendar, and Cloudflare Turnstile for scheduling and security verification. An appointment is confirmed only when the form displays a confirmation message. Telephone callbacks continue to use Calendly. Please provide accurate contact and visit-location details so we can coordinate your appointment.
The in-person booking form does not require an email address. You may also telephone us for scheduling assistance. Do not include Social Security numbers, payment-card information, or medical records in a routine appointment request.
3. Voluntary appointment text-message program
Program name: Texas State Benefits Appointment Messages.
Program purpose: If you separately and voluntarily agree to receive appointment texts, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule updates, missed-appointment follow-ups, and messages to help you reschedule. These appointment messages may be sent using representatives or automated or AI-assisted messaging systems. This appointment-text permission does not include insurance marketing texts or AI-generated voice telephone calls.
Message frequency: Varies with your appointments and related scheduling activity.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Texas State Benefits does not charge a separate fee to enroll in appointment messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you under your service plan.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any program text to stop future appointment messages. You may also email help@texasstatebenefits.com to request a text opt-out electronically. Your request will be honored in accordance with applicable law.
Help: Reply HELP to a program text, email help@texasstatebenefits.com, or telephone (682) 462-5828.
Participation is optional: Consent to appointment texts is not a condition of scheduling an appointment or buying insurance. You can still schedule or manage an appointment without agreeing to text messages.
Delivery: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile delivery may be affected by service coverage, device limitations, or network conditions. Please contact us directly if appointment details are time-sensitive.
Status: SMS messaging is not yet active. Our website does not currently send appointment text messages. These terms will apply when the service is launched and should be checked against the final messaging provider's requirements before activation.
4. Appropriate website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or submit misleading appointment information. We may limit website or scheduling access where needed to protect our users and systems.
5. Third-party services
We may link to external scheduling tools, insurance-carrier websites, or other services. Their terms and privacy notices may apply separately. We are not responsible for content or operation of independent third-party sites.
6. Ownership and website content
Unless otherwise indicated, the website's text, logos, graphics, and design are used by or with permission of Texas State Benefits. Do not reproduce site content for commercial use without permission, except as allowed by law.
7. Accuracy, availability, and limitations
We work to keep website information current, but cannot guarantee that every description, link, appointment availability, or service will always be accurate or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits consumer protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may change the website or these terms as our services develop. Updated terms will show a revised date at the top of this page. Applicable law governs these terms.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms or the appointment message program may be sent to help@texasstatebenefits.com or raised by calling (682) 462-5828.
